Easy to understand information to become healthier

I read Charlotte's website often, and was thrilled to see she had written an ebook. This book has sooo much information; it will take me years to apply everything she recommends. It was probably the best buy I will ever make in my pursuit of becoming healthier. Charlotte offers succinct information and "how tos" to eat better and work towards a healthy life. She explains simple ways to become healthier without spending a fortune on all the health food products on the internet. Her information is right on according to my own research. I am removing unhealthy things from my home and body and adding things like kvass, kefir, etc. that Charlotte recommends, and I feel better as a result. I have tried many of her recipes, and I like the way she explains everything! Thank you, Charlotte.

Great Book!!

I think this is a great book!! It's simple, down to earth (literally), and easy to follow. It has recipes for fermenting and many, many other useful and healthy recipes and tips. Our ancestors didn't have credit cards or electricity. They lived off the land and used the techniques in this book and I believe they were healthier than we are in many ways. I especially loved the fermenting recipes. Other books I have read lose you in the details. This book gets right to the point and lists everything so it can be done easily. I give it a 5 star plus!!
