Excellent story but actual book showed signs of major wear and tear

The book is worthy of 5 stars but the seller is only worthy of 3. The book was listed as very good or good condition but the first 70 pages are ripped along with the cover, the the covers are heavily creased, and the illustration on the cover is not the same as what is advertised on here. The book should have been listed as "fair" condition, and that's even a stretch...

Great book! I recommend every book in the trilogy

Great book! I recommend every book in the trilogy. The Sword of Shannara, The Elfstones of Shannara and The Wishsong of Shannara. **Read in that order. Im just finishing Wishsong and will start on the rest of the Shannara books as soon as possible! (I think there are close to 20 books all together.)

One of Terry Brooks best books

We have the entire book set of the series but wanted to buy the digital edition of the Elfstones of Shanara to quickly re-read this before watching the movie. I also bought another paperback of it for my son to have his own copy. This is one of my favorite books in the series.
