One day on opening shift changed my perception of parents and interacting with them. I came around the corner to the most stunning man along with a beautiful little girl I have ever seen. I got that can’t eat, can’t breathe can’t friggin talk kind of feeling, ya I got that. I worked through it though and introduced myself.

Walking in to the daycare at 6:30 am I am exhausted from listening to the little bug’s songs and will be happy when I get the little reprieve from her music on the drive to the office. What I didn’t expect was gorgeous, curvy women to walk up and greet me. I am momentarily stunned speechless. I have to look away or else I will not make into work and I will be taking this unknown goddess to her office and having my wicked way with her.
What I didn’t expect is for the Mother of my child to come back with a vengeance and hurt my soul-mate, I didn’t expect other people to get in between the love of my life and make her run. I didn’t expect her to not listen to me when others filled her head with lies, but that is what happened that is what took my love away from me. That is what got her hurt that is what made me stand for her and support her even though she didn’t want me. I was hers no matter what she thinks and I will get my girl back. I will get my family whole and I will show the world that Cadence Matthews is my one and only.
She just doesn’t know it yet.

Amazing read.

Finally a story about a heroine who isn't a stick/Victoria secrets model.
I read this in one day. It's and easy read with a nice flow were nothing is too rushed or drawn out.
I enjoyed this story for many reasons. But the main reason is that we have your everyday characters. The size 16 girl who has body issues and has a daily fight with people looking down on her.
She loves with her whole heart and she fights for her family and you can't help but love her.
Aaaaand then we have the devoted father.
I want to say he is a prick but don't worry he is not. There is one scene that had me screaming "noooo don't do it!" But other then those few lines he is perfect. He knows love when he sees it and he isn't afraid to show emotions. Ladies and gentlemen we have a man who cries his heart out! That's amazing. We all know our favorite male characters from other books (whom we all love). These men get drunk and go on a f*** everything with a v*. No this man fights hard and isn't afraid to show emotions.
I wouldn't mind reading aria's story :) pretty please?

JA Lafrance contacted me asking if I would be willing to review her new book. Once I read the synopsis and noticed that Cadence wasn't the usual perfect body, size one girl, I immediately agreed. This might sound funny, but I love reading stories when the heroine is voluptuous and she's the one that gets the guy. It makes me feel happy knowing that there are "book boyfriends" out there that love us curvy women too! Most books are usually about the perfect girl with the perfect body, and that's fine too, but I love these stories just as much! As for the storyline, I enjoyed it! I liked Tyler and Cadence. It had a lot of dirty talking and sexual content, which are both fine with me! But if you're someone that likes to read something a little more G-rated, this may not be for you. I loved that Tyler was constantly telling Cadence how much she turned him on. Even when other women were constantly throwing themselves at him, he never gave them a second thought once he met Cadence. He was so in love with her and that's what made me like him even more. As for Cadence's brother, he's too much! Lol! He was definitely what you would call a manwhore and he had me cracking up with all his antics. I liked the ending. It was really cute and I'm happy that everyone was happy and in love. Her Billionaire is a great start for a new author!

I like the story

I like the story. It was unique, even though the love-at-first-sight, alpha male taking everything over, thing was a bit over the top. And that's not where the criticism stops. There is no way that those women would have lasted in a daycare program without complaints getting them fired long before they were. The pet names and slobbery phrases were truly annoying. I pride myself on not giving bad reviews for grammatical errors and typos, but I just can't get past them. Even if you don't have a decent editor, BETA and ARC reads are meant to catch the things that don't fit or any mistakes left behind. There were notes left in the book that should have been removed. The name of the book headed each chapter. Confusing determiners and contractions with each other is one of my biggest pet peeves. So many of the quotes sounded like gang speak. There wasn't once that the word "woman" was used in the singular. As a copy editor, I could see the potential for a good story there, but I could not get past how terribly it was written. This entire story needs to be rewritten.
