I usually do not like to even read anything under 150 pages, but the blurb for this grabbed me. I honestly wish this was a full length novel. I love the chemistry between all three guys; it was HOT as hell too!!! I mean I really didn’t want it to end and for being such a short story, I felt a connected between the characters and there was a story there. Heck I have read some full length stuff with less chemistry and connection. I think the author did a disservice to themselves by not taking this book all the way. I loved it and wanted more! I will be sure to check out more by this author for sure.

This was a really interesting, sexy read. I honestly wish it was a full length novel because there was so much going on and I would've loved to get to know the characters more. Although in the short number of pages that the book was I really felt like there was a lot crammed into it... in a good way.
I connected to all three main characters and felt their connection. I'd loved the bit of play with BDSM in the mix and really wish we could've gotten more pages to read while they explored that side of their relationship more.
Oh my gosh, I can't stop thinking of how much more I wanted, but I guess it's good to leave them wanting, right? There was just enough information there to grab us with their histories, but enough left out to make me want to know more.
Great read and I will definitely be looking for more from J.T. Hall in the future.

This book had me tied up in knots. It's short, but really intense.

Brent was a bully - not a great way to endear a character to a reader, but it seemed like that was exactly what Brent was. However, like many bullies, Brent was looking for someone who could push back. Given Brent's size, that didn't happen very often. Until he met "Tough Guy" Craig at the 7-Eleven. Craig, who was older, tougher and in Brent's head probably had three kids and a wife. He didn't, but you get the picture.
Alex has had a crush on Brent for ages, although he works with the man and is often the brunt of the man's bullying tactics. When Craig catches Alex watching him and Brent together he puts forward a little proposition, and Alex agrees. I can't say more than that or I'll give away the story line, but yep, it ends up with the three of them naked in the same room.
This book had me tied up in knots. It's short, but really intense. The author has a way of letting you feel the emotions and initially I didn't like what I was feeling. But the strange thing is, to me at least, this story works. It's not hearts and flowers by any stretch of the imagination. I hated the use of the term "pussy boy," and I'm not keen on humiliation but that's a personal preference. There was enough information given for me to really wish this was a longer story - I wanted to know more. If you are into rough kink, with an HFN ending, then definitely give this one a try. I'll be hoping for a sequel.
